Coca-Cola United, the third largest Coca-Cola bottler in the U.S, needed a solution to streamline business operations across 54 sales and distribution centers in 6 states. They sought an efficient B2B portal for customer onboarding, equipment orders, ARP data syncing, and change orders. Additionally, they needed to integrate two legacy systems to reduce the workload on their Accounts Payable and Finance teams.

Appnovation developed Life Cycle, a mobile and web app, to address these needs. The app facilitated customer onboarding, equipment orders, ARP data syncing, and change orders using deep linking for inter-app communication. We also designed a Mule integration flow to connect two legacy systems, deployed in Mule Cloudhub, with custom alerts for failure notifications. Despite an expected 2-month timeline, we completed the migration in 5 weeks.
