Avangrid, an energy services company, wanted to replace their internal communication process of sending newsletters with a one-stop portal for their 400+ employees. They were looking for a partner to provide a solution that would fit their budget while meeting their business goals.
We provided a price-efficient proposal that uses a packaged theme instead of a design phase. Our proposal also utilized ‘out of the box’ functionality to keep the price low while fulfilling all outlined requirements. We offered a Drupal 8 solution using a packaged theme. We recommended three themes for Avangrid to choose from. Once a theme was chosen, we moved onto branding as per Avangrid’s style guidelines and then continued onto layout and content. Lastly, we connected the portal to Avangrid’s Google Analytics empowering the team to make data-driven decisions moving forward.
